I discovered these deeelish crispy crepe like savories on a recent trip to Beirut, and learned that the guy who made them started out as a sort of experiment but has since found that they were hugely popular and in demand.
Brizelés come in four flavors: Cheese, Thyme, Black Cumin (or 7abbat barakah) and Olives ♥ and are quite addictive, I like to spread them with lebnah, olive paste and cheese depending on the flavor.
