My Italian Dream Retreat

This stunning 11th century resurrected farmhouse in Umbria is everything I'm looking for in an Italian countryside retreat. Boasting 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, thus accommodating up to 12 persons, Villa Arrighi can be all yours (as long as your budget allows it) at a cost of $23,000-$30,000 per week.

Aaaah the view the view the view!! I can smell the fresh crisp air from across the screen and already picturing myself - cue the music - dining al fresco. I'll be having a salad and bruschetta and maybe a pasta dish (hell I'm on vacation!).

Mental note: make list of 11 lucky friends to come with next year.

River House of Dreams: Kaweah Falls

Kaweah Falls House, was designed in 1942 by Frank Robert, an apprentice of Frank Lloyd Wright. The beauty of this property is that it's built over the river Kaweah and has the Sequoia Forest as a backyard. Perfect for nature lovers!
